| CLIENT PROFILE ARIZONA BRONZE (USA) |
|
Arizona Bronze is a full service art foundry producing sculptures for many of the country's most recognized sculptors. Serving fine art professional sculptors, they take original artworks and reproduce them with metal in any size, from table top to monumental. Their work is renowned for its quality and is produced in a unique environment where tradition and technology are held in equal esteem. Underlying everything that Arizona Bronze does is a commitment to being artist-oriented. When it comes to their processes, this commitment is most evident in their dedication to developing new methods and implementing new technologies while respecting the 10,000 year old tradition of fine art casting.
In order to keep their clients' needs front and center and maintain control over as many of their processes as possible, Arizona Bronze wanted to stop outsourcing their sculptural enlargement requirements and bring these capabilities in-house. By outsourcing the enlargement process, they were giving up a critical element of control over their costs, quality and service, and they were not working directly with their clients at a critical juncture. They went looking for a sculptural enlargement solution that would allow them to bring tradition and technology together and they found the solution in the FROG3D™ foam carving system.
With FROG3D™, Arizona Bronze now has the 3D scanning and milling capabilities they need to create perfect sculptural enlargements in their own facilities. They are able to scan their clients' original sculptures using the FROGScan™ laser scanner, manipulate them using FROGWare™ software and then send them to the FROGMill™ router to mill a perfect replica of the sculpture in any size. This foam version then serves as the base for additional clay work by the artist prior to the casting process. With these capabilities, Arizona Bronze can now do all of their enlargement in-house and can work directly with artists without a subcontractor interface. Most importantly, they are able to move their business forward while staying true to tradition.

| CLIENT PROFILE DRAGONXTREME (USA) |
|
DragonXtreme provides models, molds, prototypes and finished detail work to the architectural design market. Supporting architects, designers and those in the cast stone industry, DragonXtreme's focus is on providing striking custom projects for its clients, without the lengthy turnaround typically associated with custom work. With over 20 years of experience in architectural design and fabrication, President Joe McPeek is well versed in the processes and challenges of providing top notch architectural detail work.

McPeek knew that the grunt work tied to the artistic side of custom design work was always a large bottleneck in getting custom designs through manufacturing. He realized he could fill a considerable gap in the market if he could find a way to deliver custom projects efficiently, but without losing the creativity, detail and intricacy that the market demanded. With this in mind, he went looking for a solution that could automate and improve production processes and make custom the norm. He turned to the FROG3D™ system and hasn't looked back since.
With FROG3D™ at the foundation of the business, DragonXtreme has a powerful tool for delivering the kind of custom work that couldn't be efficiently produced with conventional processes. Whether it's for mold making, architectural reproduction or innovative architectural design, the combination of 3D laser scanning, advanced 3D modeling and editing, CNC milling and various creative finishing capabilities has taken the company beyond traditional limitations. They are able to speed the process from design to manufacturing and can tackle custom projects that make their competition cringe.
